Gold Vestale at the Festival of Pyrotechnic Art in Cannes
Feerie was awarded the Gold Vestale in 2006.
Even though the jury was seduced by all the participating competitors, they decided to settle on a fireworks display that put together pyrotechnics and music in perfect harmony complete with images of infinite beauty.
Féérie, winner of the Silver Vestale in 2005, captivated once again thousands of spectators with the very romantic theme “Romeo and Juliet”, which lit up the bay of Cannes with thousands of stars on August 15th.
Féérie confirmed the jury’s audacious choice by suggesting, beyond the previous show, a real pyromelodic opera – a mix of delicacy in this volcano made of bombs, bringing together complex and surprising effects and alternating constantly pictures and colours in a perfect synchronization with the soundtracks.
